We communicate with the owner after every job. You will know if the house was in good shape, or if the previous tenant left it in ruins. You will receive pictures of any problems so you have a clear understanding of the condition it was left in. Rest assured we will overcome any issues so the next renter is not impacted. 

Many cleaning companies claim they are the best. But if you search their website they don't have anything official to back it up. Not only have we reached "ELITE SERVICE" with Home Advisor, but we are now "TOP RATED".  We are also "Certified Professional" thru the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association.

Since you are probably not going to screen every cleaning company you hire, you should go with a company that has passed the screening of one of the largest service providers in the country.  It's another test that can make you feel comfortable with your hiring decision. We passed.
